Salesforce’s Customer 360 suite aims to connect all the distinct sectors within an organization - marketing, sales, commerce, IT, etc. - with one easy-to-use customer relationship management (CRM) platform. One of the most important cogs on that Customer 360 wheel promotes the values of real-time analytics and data visualizations: Tableau.

The task, from both Salesforce and Tableau marketing teams, was to create a promotional piece that helped explain Tableau’s role - and value - within the Customer 360 suite to a Salesforce-familiar audience.
